Paolo Massobrio, born in Milan in 1961, is a professional journalist (he writes in the newspapers La Stampa and Avvenire) and for 35 years he has been talking about the world of wine and taste in general. He is the author of the best seller Golosario, the guide to the best products of the Italian food crafts and the Golosario Ristoranti that reviews 3,300 places judged with a value rating thanks to a team of 90 employees. He is the director of the website www.ilgolosario.it and the magazine Papillon.
He is the founder and national president of the Papillon Club – a consumer association founded in 1992 that has 6 thousand members – and collaborates on radio and TV and is a judge on the broadcast La Prova del Cuoco on Rai 1.
