Papillon Club is a national association that aims to rediscover the originality of a popular culture through taste. Founded in Alessandria on 19 June 1992 by the food and wine critic Paolo Massobrio, the Club is today a consumer movement with over 6,000 members and 50 groups located in the main Italian regions. Each local club has its own life and organizes, with a view to fostering an increasingly close link with the territory, meetings dedicated to the taste at 360: from cooking classes and wine tasting, to cultural and thematic evenings focused on detailed food and wine topics.
