Fabrizio has begun to obtain supplies from farmers and processors in Cravanzana, which is further away from Cortemilia, albeit by a few kilometres, as a clear sign of a different project. Over time, thanks also to his team, he has managed to offer a product that is not only good but healthy.

Philosophy
We think that the love we put into our work can somehow be reincarnated in what we produce. The people who make up our patisserie shape with great passion various types of sweets that help to find inspiration. Ours is not a common team but something unique that gives life to sweet emotions, seeing is believing.
